With years of industry experience and leadership roles under her belt, Gloria A. Flach is set to bring her extensive knowledge to RMI’s “Women in NextGen Manufacturing & Engineering” event as the forum’s keynote speaker. With Northrop Grumman since 1981, Flach has flourished, and she is now the corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman’s Electronic Systems sector.

Northrop Grumman is a world leader in defense electronics systems. Flach oversees the Electronic Systems sector’s business operations in areas such as defense electronics, airspace management systems, navigation systems, radar and self protection systems, communications systems, marine systems, space systems, oceanic and naval systems, government systems and logistics services. She is a member of the company’s Corporate Policy Council.

It’s very easy if you go to the Maryland Chamber of Commerce website. Simply add your address, text . Based on your address the system automatically selects your federal and state representatives and you select who you want to receive your email.

“Manufacturing is a topic of conversation today. Thank goodness. Maryland manufacturers have been left relatively unsupported over the past decade. Now policymakers realize that “Making it in Maryland” means good paying manufacturing jobs that lead to middle class.
