ABOUT THE COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS
NOTE: The Community Conversations are limited to attendance by Maryland manufacturers, state and local legislators and others by invitation only.
Between September 29th and November 25th, the Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland (RMI) and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce will host a series of “Let’s Talk” Community Conversations across the state. These gatherings bring together state legislators (Senators and Delegates) and manufacturers as part of Voices for Manufacturing, an initiative designed to highlight the value of manufacturing for people, communities and Maryland’s future economy.
We invite you to join the “Let’s Talk” Community Conversation in your county/counties or Baltimore City. You will see the list of gatherings below. Please note that some have not yet been confirmed. For those of you representing the county/counties for these events, we will reach out to you when the details are finalized.
This is not a political event. It’s a personal, informal opportunity for you to meet directly with manufacturers from your district, hear their stories, meet some of their employees, and strengthen the relationships that matter most to our communities. They are also excellent opportunities for Maryland manufacturers to highlight how they are innovating and growing in the face of economic uncertainty.
We will be inviting manufacturers in each legislative district. And we will share photos and highlights afterward through RMI and the Maryland Chamber’s networks.
We hope you will join us for your “Let’s Talk” Community Conversation/Conversations. Your presence matters! You can register via the buttons below.
Please note that registration is via a Google form, but you do NOT need a gmail email address in order to register. If you have trouble registering, please email stacey@rmiofmaryland.com or call 443-844-0047.
