As Vice President of Business Development at SC&H Group, she oversees initiatives aimed at fostering growth and connecting clients with critical resources to enhance their operations. Promoted to her current role in 2021, Sarah has utilized her expertise to strengthen SC&H’s client base across various sectors, including manufacturing, biotech, and technology.

Her leadership extends beyond her role at SC&H. Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for the Maryland World Class Consortia (MWCC), an organization dedicated to advancing Lean principles and operational excellence across Maryland’s industries.

In all her roles, Sarah continues to support Maryland’s manufacturing sector, leveraging her extensive network and expertise to help companies grow, improve their processes, and adopt Lean methodologies.
