Reginald Mack has a passion for ensuring that small, minority, and women-owned companies are productive. That includes those constituents that comprise under-represented populations in manufacturing.

Working as Program Coordinator for the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority Business Advocacy and Development, Reginald sees the challenges and needs of the clients of the Mid-Atlantic Region Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Advanced Manufacturing Center, operated by the Office. His ability to speak directly through City Hall has been essential in the provision of services, from identifying opportunities for clients to perform as prime contractors to Baltimore City to facilitating timely payment for performance. He has been instrumental in helping to provide access to resources, including business development services, grants, and other forms of business capital, particularly during the pandemic.

Equally, Reginald works to keep Center team members up to date on Baltimore City opportunities that may be of help to Center clients and customers. This includes helping to connect companies to the Advanced Manufacturing Center and to partner the Center with Baltimore City service and resource agencies. He also serves as an interface between the Center, the City, and the National MBDA Headquarters on administrative matters.

Reginald is dedicated to the advancement of businesses that want to serve for the betterment of their communities. His mission statement supports this passion and dedication: “Planning and education can lead us to growth. Planning for the future and accumulating knowledge as we go can advance future business.”
