Since 2005, under Phil's stewardship, Tulkoff Food Products has grown into a leading name in the food manufacturing sector, known for its high-quality products and innovative approach. In addition to his notable achievements at Tulkoff Food Products, Phil has played a pivotal role in advancing Maryland's manufacturing sector through his willingness to host hundreds of company visits, opening his doors and providing counsel to those seeking to launch or expand their business!

The former Board Chair of the Maryland World Class Consortia (MWCC), Phil continues to serve as a dedicated MWCC Board member. Tulkoff contributes to the organization’s mission of promoting best practices and continuous improvement among local manufacturers. He also served on the Maryland Manufacturing Advisory Board whose mission is to advise the Maryland Secretary of Commerce on ways to encourage new and expanding manufacturing enterprises in Maryland and was the former Chairman of the Board for the Maryland Manufacturing Extension Partnership. In addition, Phil has been a long-standing trustee for the Baltimore Museum of Industry.
