Mark Lawrence is a visionary leader and innovator who is passionate about the enabling power of innovation and entrepreneurship to create new opportunities in the manufacturing industry that directly improves economies in under resourced communities.  Mark possesses over twenty-six years of professional experience, including eight as an entrepreneur and eighteen years at two "Big 4" firms.

As a managing member and strategic advisor for the Manufacturing Innovation Hub Cooperative (MiHUB), Mark is reshaping the landscape of providing targeted business acceleration services to minority owned manufacturing companies. Founded in 2019 as a spin out of the Baltimore MBDA Advanced Manufacturing Center, MiHUB is a social enterprise committed to help support shared growth and development of individual minority manufacturers.

Mark is also the founder and managing partner of Inncuvate, an award winning full-stack entrepreneurship-led economic development enterprise with headquarters in Largo, Maryland. Through Inncuvate, Mark helps increase the impact of manufacturing programs and organizations like the MBDA Advanced Manufacturing Center and MiHUB. Inncuvate specializes in creating purpose-built places and programs that merges ideation, invention, incubation, commercialization, and collaboration into local innovation centers that transforms the communities where they are located. Mark founded Inncuvate to focus on building inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems for advanced manufacturing and other emerging industries as a forward-looking economic development and community wealth building platform.

Prior to founding Inncuvate, Mark served in senior management roles in the management consulting industry providing trusted advisory services to C-suite executives of government agencies and the private sector.
