As Senior Manager of Operations for Powders Manufacturing, she leads a team of over 50 associates, overseeing the production of more than 30 million consumer units annually.

Darlene’s journey at Hunt Valley began as a packaging technician, and through her determination and expertise, she has held various key roles, including line leader, SAP expert, and operations leader. She played an integral role in the site's SAP integration, helping streamline operations and improve efficiency. Known for her strong leadership and respected by her peers, Darlene is not only a valued expert in powder production but also a role model for emerging leaders in the organization.
