Dominick Davis is a locally recognized leader in designing and manufacturing sustainable clothing for men and women. On a mission to build wardrobes that cater to professional, personal, and social lifestyles, working with business partner Steven White, DIFFERENTREGARD has earned distinction as the first and youngest African American company in Maryland to design and manufacture its own products, with multiple retail stores in the state, including at BWI Airport.

“We have focused on creating high-quality American-made products while fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce,” says Dominick. “We take pride in providing job opportunities and skills training to returning citizens and Ukrainian war immigrants, empowering them to rebuild their lives. Our commitment to community extends through partnerships with youth organizations, where we offer mentorship and hands-on workforce training related to manufacturing.”

Under his leadership, DIFFERENTREGARD has embraced Industry 4.0 strategies and integrated cutting-edge technology to streamline our operations. Through strong customer relationships and a dedication to excellence, the company consistently exceeds expectations and engages Dominick as an advocate for policies that support Baltimore and Maryland's manufacturing sectors.
