Jillian Willis, Chief Operating Officer of Fabpro Technologies, has played a key role in the company’s rise as Maryland’s only minority-owned precision metal manufacturer. With degrees in Information Technology and Sociology from Rutgers University, Jillian brought over a decade of corporate leadership experience to Fabpro. Since joining in 2018, her strategic leadership has more than tripled revenue and positioned Fabpro as a leader in the industry, enhancing operations and expanding the company's market reach.

Jillian spearheaded significant technological advancements, securing nearly $1Million in grants to invest in state-of-the-art equipment that increased production throughput. Her leadership has also led Fabpro to pursue ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications, expanding opportunities in key sectors such as defense and aerospace. She played a pivotal role in securing Maryland Minority Business Enterprise certification, which has opened new business opportunities and solidified partnerships with major clients.

Beyond operations, Jillian champions diversity and inclusion, doubling the workforce with a focus on underrepresented groups. She also expanded internship programs for diverse college students, many of whom have transitioned to full-time roles. Her commitment to mentorship and workforce training, including corporate-funded certifications, underscores her dedication to both professional development and operational excellence. Recognized for her leadership, Jillian has received several awards and was named a 2022 Maryland RMI Champion of Manufacturing. Through her visionary leadership, Jillian continues to position Fabpro Technologies as a competitive force in the global manufacturing ecosystem.
