Ryan Miller is Director of Organizational Resilience for Edwards Performance Solutions, where he supports the strengthening of organizations and their ability to stay ahead of threats and thrive, despite hazards that disrupt and threaten operational success. In addition to his role at Edwards, he supports Maryland's manufacturing sector as a board member of the Maryland World Class Consortia (MWCC), helping companies adopt Lean practices to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Ryan also serves on the Governor's Emergency Management Advisory Council, where he advises on state-wide policies related to disaster preparedness and emergency management. His background includes leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and optimizing emergency operations during his tenure as Howard County's Emergency Management Director.
