Lisa has worked for Fuch's for 28 years. She started out in the lab as a chem tech, worked in microbiology, planning, and back to Quality as a supervisor before being promoted to Quality Manager 4 years ago.

Because of her extensive experience and desire to learn and grow in areas inside and outside of her current roles, Lisa has become a unique and talented skillset in the Spice and Seasonings Industry. Lisa knows and understands the intersection of ingredients, formulas, customers, and specifications better than anyone in our organization. She uses the information to make complex and quick decision making for the business. She is able to quickly manage material substitutions, customer expectations, batch adjustments, and identify raw material and in-process deviations. She is also working to develop this same skillset with the members of her own team by developing a training program around each ingredient.

Lisa is a knowledgeable support member for our customers. In the Operations Quality Manager role, Lisa has worked with several customers offering her experience and expertise to help guide them in their own operations as well as a liaison between research and development and operations for formula improvements.

Lisa is also very cost conscious and has led several initiatives to reduce costs, including testing where it wasn't required to ensure high quality product and finding alternative test methods to achieve the same result with less costly tests.

Lisa enjoys learning, getting results, challenging the status quo, and celebrating team members’ wins!
