Justin is the Purchasing Manager for Fuchs North America. He has been with the company for almost 6 years, which means he navigated us through supply chain issues related to COVID and the Maryland Bridge Collapse. As a result of creative problem solving with our team internally and diligent and unrelenting efforts to find alternate supply in these circumstances, we were able to continue to produce through these challenges. We received compliments from our customers about the level of service we were able to maintain throughout this time.

Justin consistently has a strong sense of responsibility for ensuring we have raw materials to prevent disruptions to our customers. He identifies potential delays early, communicates them often, and engages cross functional groups to find solutions that may be different. He maintains a strong sense of internal customer service, making decisions and taking actions that are better for the whole team and not just himself and his team.

Justin comes to work each day with a smile on his face, a pleasant and approachable demeanor, and a willingness to listen and solve problems.
